Data retention policy

Tower aims to collect the least possible amount of personal data which necessary for using the service. The personal data processed by Tower:

• Username – used to identify user in the system;
• Avatar picture – used to identify user in the system;
• Email – used to send security Emails and / or used by user to login
• Social profile ID/username/first name/last name – used by user to login.

All data above will be stored until user deletes his account. If you wish your data to be deleted, please contact us via [email protected].

• Server have firewall and allows only ssh port;
• Alerts on critical services.

When Tower will be made aware of personal data breaches we will notify relevant users in a timely manner.

In connection with the processing of fiat payments or when users choose to buy crypto, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
