VI. Grant of license

1. VII. Restricted territories

For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing restrictions on engaging in a Cryptocurrency play from Prohibited Jurisdictions applies equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on play by any individual located in a Prohibited Jurisdictions, is a breach of this Terms of Use. 4.  Tower.bet will not run any operations or get involved in any way with any of OFAC (US Office Of Foreign Asset Control), UN, EU or the UK sanctioned countries, persons or platforms. Transactions indicated as conducted in violation of sanctions will be considered to be in breach of our policies and may result in suspension of your account and reporting to relevant authorities. VIII. Unauthorized use

*   to place automated bets other than through Tower.bet's software or third-party services authorized by Tower.bet;
*   to employ any scripts for automating any aspect of a registration, game, or features;
*   to deposit and withdraw Cryptocurrency without placing actual bets; 1x wagering is required for every deposit prior to withdrawal;
*   to make a deposit for the purpose of reaching the minimum withdrawal amount;
*   to use offensive language in the chat or in private messages;
*   to solicit Cryptocurrency;
*   to request, offer, or facilitate loans (including, without limitation, extending credit or borrowing any currency from other users);
*   to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from other players;
*   to create duplicate accounts through your or any other referral link;
*   to post any referral link or other links;
*   to engage in spamming, excessive capitalization (ALL CAPS), or the use of offensive language; or to post unsolicited advertising within any chat, private message, forum, or other communication channel on the site;
*   to do Any actions that could defame, damage, or impair the good standing of the Website.

IX. Restrictions

1.  Tower.bet strictly prohibits the use of the Services by any Politically Exposed Person ("PEP"), including any immediate family member or close associate of a PEP.
2.  For the purposes of these Terms, a Politically Exposed Person ("PEP") means any individual who is or has been entrusted with a prominent public function in any jurisdiction, whether domestic, foreign or international, including, without limitation, heads of state or government, senior government officials, members of parliament, senior judicial or military officials, senior executives of state-owned enterprises, senior political party officials, senior officials of international organisations, as well as their immediate family members and close associates.
3.  The above definition is illustrative rather than exhaustive. Tower.bet reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, whether any individual qualifies as a PEP, an immediate family member of a PEP, or a close associate of a PEP, based on information obtained from the User, reliable third-party sources, publicly available information, regulatory guidance, internal risk assessments, or any other information Tower.bet reasonably considers relevant.
4.  By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:  
    • you are not a PEP, an immediate family member of a PEP, or a close associate of a PEP;  
    • all information provided to Tower.bet regarding your PEP status is complete, accurate and not misleading; and
    
    • you will promptly notify Tower.bet if your PEP status changes or if you become aware of any circumstances that may reasonably result in your classification as a PEP, an immediate family member of a PEP, or a close associate of a PEP.
    
5.  Where Tower.bet has reasonable grounds to believe that you may be a PEP, an immediate family member of a PEP, or a close associate of a PEP, Tower.bet may require you to provide such information, explanations and supporting documentation as it reasonably considers necessary to determine your status. Such information may include, without limitation, details regarding your public functions, employment history, political affiliations, source of wealth, source of funds, business activities, beneficial ownership, family relationships, close associates, and any other information reasonably requested by Tower.bet.
6.  Failure to provide the requested information or documentation within the timeframe specified by  
    Tower.bet, or the provision of incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information, may result in the refusal, suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
7.  If Tower.bet determines that you are a PEP, an immediate family member of a PEP, or a close associate of a PEP, Tower.bet shall refuse to provide, or may immediately suspend or terminate, the Services without any liability to you.
8.  Tower.bet shall not be obliged to disclose the basis, methodology or sources used in determining whether a User qualifies as a PEP where such disclosure would be inconsistent with applicable law, regulatory requirements or the Company's AML/CFT obligations.

X. Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)

1.  You may be granted access to a communal chat, which is designated solely for user-to-user communication.
2.  Use of the chat must comply with these Terms, including Section IX; any breach is strictly prohibited.
3.  We retain the authority to review and oversee messages posted by users in the chat.
4.  We retain the authority to limit or disable chat features, whether generally or for an individual user.

XI. Community

1.  If you violate any provision of these Terms of Use, then we may, at our sole discretion depending on the seriousness of the breach and without any notice to you, take some or all of the following actions:

*   revoke ability to communicate with other Users on the Website for any period of time;
*   suspend your Account for an indefinite period of time;
*   close your Account;
*   request any KYC/AML documents.

2.  In every case, the level of seriousness of the breach shall be determined solely by Tower.bet, and you agree not to challenge such Tower.bet decisions.
3.  Where activities indicative of abuse, exploitation of vulnerabilities, fraud, or scams are detected, Tower.bet reserves the right to terminate the relevant client account. Such activities include, but are not restricted to, the exploitation of software bugs, systematic patterns that undermine fair play, the creation of multiple accounts, various forms of sports betting speculation such as arbitrage, betting from multiple accounts, middling, or any other methods regarded as abusive by Tower.bet. Upon detection of such actions, Tower.bet may, at its sole discretion, terminate the user's account.
4.  Where an account is terminated due to abusive activities, Tower.bet may, at its sole discretion and subject to successful AML/KYC verification, duplicated account check, applicable law, account activity, previous payouts, and overall account review, consider a refund, if any, in an amount determined solely by Tower.bet. Any such refund, where granted, shall be processed within 30 days after completion of the account review. Any winnings, bonuses, promotional rewards, or gains obtained in connection with suspicious activities shall not be eligible for withdrawal or refund. Suspicious activities include, but are not restricted to, the exploitation of any bugs, systematic patterns that undermine fair play, the creation of multiple accounts, various forms of sports betting speculation such as arbitrage, betting from multiple accounts, middling, or any other methods regarded as abusive/suspicious by Tower.bet. Funds already used for gameplay, wagering, betting, or participation in gaming activities shall not be eligible for withdrawal or refund.
5.  For security purposes, certain accounts that have remained inactive may be suspended. In such case, any remaining currency on the balance will be withheld until the User submits an account reactivation request.
6.  Accounts of deposited players that have remained inactive for over 6 months may be shut down at our discretion, in which case any remaining funds will be returned upon request and when and if practically possible. Although your cryptocurrency is stored safely, we discourage long-term storage.
7.  Where we suspend your Account, you will be unable to access your Account or use the Website throughout the period of that suspension. Where we close your Account, you will never again be able to access your Account, and we may also prohibit you from accessing or using the Website in future.
8.  At any time and without notice to you, we also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website (including, without limitation, by restricting or discontinuing certain features). Where Tower.bet determines, at any time before or during the provision of the Services, that a User is or may be a PEP, an immediate family member of a PEP, or a close associate of a PEP, Tower.bet may suspend the User's Account while conducting additional verification, request such information and documentation as it reasonably considers necessary, and refuse, suspend or terminate the provision of the Services if the User is determined to fall within any of these categories or fails to provide the requested information within the timeframe specified by Tower.bet.

XII. Suspension and termination of account or service

1.  All payments made by the user are processed through a payment agent.
2.  Tower.bet's payment agent is Defraya Ltd, company registered at Piraeus, 30 Floor 1, Apartment/Office 1 Strovolos 2023 Nicosia, Cyprus with a registration number HE 408759.
3.  Users are permitted to purchase cryptocurrencies through the Website; however, no cryptocurrency exchanges are conducted by the Company itself. All fiat-to-cryptocurrency conversions are carried out exclusively by third-party service providers. Where a User initiates a purchase, the transaction is redirected to the third-party provider, which performs the conversion and transfers the purchased cryptocurrency to the User's account on the Website.
4.  Over the exchange process — including the rates, fees, and execution of the conversion — the Company exercises no control, management, or discretion, and bears no responsibility for the services rendered by third-party providers. Users acknowledge that any cryptocurrency purchases are carried out under the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider.

XIII. Payments

1.  If you want, you may place on your account certain funds.
2.  You acknowledge and agree that:

*   Funds that you deposit into your account do not have criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized origin;
*   You agree not to abandon transactions previously made/or deny or reverse any payments made by you, that may cause the refund to a third party in order to avoid any legal responsibility.

3.  Third party Deposits (e.g. from friends or family) are not accepted by Tower.bet. You must deposit Cryptocurrency from an account/system that is registered in your own name.
4.  Cross-chain deposits (for example, sending Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin address or utilizing an unsupported network) will not be processed, and the digital assets will be permanently and irrecoverably lost.
5.  Where cash replenishments appear suspicious or fraudulent — including the use of stolen cryptowallets and/or any other fraudulent activity (such as refunds or cancellation of payments) — the Company reserves the right to block your account, cancel any payment made, and void any winnings. We have the right to notify the relevant bodies and/or entities of any payment fraud or other unlawful activity. We reserve the right to engage collection agencies to recover payments. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any unauthorized use of cryptowallets, regardless of whether the theft of cryptowallets was reported or not.
6.  At any time, we may set off any positive balance held in your account against any amount payable by you to the Company, including (without limitation) the cases set out in Paragraph VIII.
7.  Any winnings, bonuses, promotional rewards, or other gains obtained in connection with a violation of these Terms shall not be eligible for withdrawal or refund, where the User's account is suspended or terminated as a result of such violation.
8.  Funds that have already been used for gameplay, wagering, betting, or participation in gaming activities shall be regarded as consumed in the course of the services provided by the Platform, and shall generally not be refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
9.  Subject to successful AML/KYC verification, applicable law, and these Terms, Tower.bet may, at its sole discretion, consider the withdrawal or refund of unused deposited funds remaining on the User's account balance at the time of suspension or termination.

XIV. Deposits

1.  For the duration required to confirm a transaction due to blockchain congestion, blockchain queue back-ups, receiving address confirmation time, or incorrect entry of the receiving address, Tower.bet bears no responsibility. The same applies to fast fee transactions where the user pays the transaction fees even though the expected confirmation time is lower.
2.  For the processing of payouts in respect of all users of the Website who comply with these Terms of Website and KYC/AML requirements, Tower.bet shall be regarded as liable.
3.  Once Cryptocurrency has been withdrawn from the Website, we bear no responsibility for any subsequent freezing or confiscation of such Cryptocurrency.
4.  The applicable withdrawal limits may differ based on the User's account status, verification level, deposit history, chosen payment method, currency, and the Website's internal risk assessment. The Service may impose daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits. Tower.bet reserves the right to revise withdrawal limits at any time without prior notice.

1.  1.The list of following Cryptocurrencies is implemented on the Website:

*   Bitcoin (BTC)  
    Bitcoin is an original cryptocurrency - a form of an electronic cash. Bitcoin carries the ticker BTC and currently the largest cryptocurrency on the market.
*   Bitcoin Cash (BCH)  
    Bitcoin Cash is a split from an existing cryptocurrency, Bitcoin. Bitcoin Cash carries the ticker BCH.
*   Litecoin (LTC)  
    Litecoin is one of the first cryptocurrencies that were created after Bitcoin. Litecoin carries the ticker LTC.
*   DASH  
    Dash is a cryptocurrency based on Bitcoin software. Dash carries the same name ticker DASH and supposed to be next-generation digital currency that solves some weak points of a Bitcoin.
*   Dogecoin (Doge)  
    Dogecoin is a cryptocurrency based in Bitcoin Software. Dogecoin carries ticker DOGE and was created as a "joke currency" but quickly exploded onto the market.

*   Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTС)  
    WBTC combines the stability of Bitcoin with the flexibility of Ethereum, offering you the best of both worlds.
*   TrumpCoin (TRUMP)  
    TRUMP is a politically themed memecoin launched in January 2025 in association with U.S. President Donald Trump. Built on the Solana blockchain, it leverages his brand to engage supporters.
*   Tether Gold (XAUt)  
    XAUt (Tether Gold) is a stablecoin backed by physical gold, with each token representing ownership of one troy ounce of gold stored in Swiss vaults.

XXI. Integrated currencies

1.  All bets placed are considered final. Tower.bet will not provide refunds for lost bets, including but not restricted to bets submitted accidentally or bets lost as a result of network latency.
2.  Where a dispute arises, the information received and recorded by Tower.bet in its database shall be conclusive.
3.  For any malfunctioning scripts or bots used by you, Tower.bet bears no liability.
4.  Where a service failure occurs during or immediately before the placing of a bet, the bet will either not be accepted, or, where it was accepted, it will be executed once the service is restored, or otherwise cancelled. Where any dispute arises, the information recorded in the Tower.bet database shall be conclusive.
5.  In case of unresolved disputes you could escalate it to Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.

XXII. Website availability, interruption, and disputes

1.  You represent and warrant that any information provided by You on your application form is true, updated and correct.
2.  We reserve the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation we deem necessary to determine Your identity and location. We reserve the right to restrict the Services, such as deposit and withdrawal functions until you have completed the identification process and provided Us with all the information that was requested to You.
3.  If you realize that the information provided at registration on your account is incorrect, you must tell us immediately or immediately amend your information. The use of third party identities or alias upon registration, constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service and entitle Tower.bet to take the actions set in clause 6 of these Terms of Service.

XXIII. Know Your Customer

1.  The General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") is a European privacy regulation that replaced the EU Data Protection Directive ("Directive 95/46/EC"). The aim of the GDPR is to strengthen the security and protection of personal information in the EU and to harmonize EU data protection law.
2.  All organizations operating in the EU and handling "personal identifiable data" of EU residents are subject to the GDPR. Personal information is any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
3.  Where a company gathers, transmits, hosts, or analyzes personal information of EU citizens, it must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), which has been enforceable since May 25, 2018. Our Terms Of Use have been revised to provide customers with contractual commitments concerning our adherence to applicable EU data protection law and to implement additional contractual provisions mandated by the GDPR. Our contractual commitments ensure that customers can request from data subjects to obtain, amend, unsubscribe, or erase personal information, will be informed of and report personal data breaches to relevant supervisory authorities and data subjects in line with GDPR timeframes.
4.  Where Tower.bet becomes aware of personal data breaches, relevant Users will be informed in line with GDPR timeframes. However, the confidentiality of their account credentials, devices, and authentication methods remains the responsibility of Users. For unauthorized access arising from the User's failure to preserve adequate account security, the Company shall not be liable.
