1. Your acceptance

2.1 We reserve the right to shut down accounts of non-deposited players that have been inactive for over 1 month. In this case any bonus funds remained on a balance will be forfeited.  

2.2 We reserve the right to shut down accounts of deposited players that have been inactive for over 6 months, in this case any remaining funds will be returned upon request and when and if practically possible. Although your cryptocurrency is stored safely, we discourage long-term storage.  

2.3 Tower reserves the right to expose big winners for advertising purposes.  

2.4 Tower reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you.  

2.5 If it becomes apparent to us that you are in a state in which the use of the Service is not legal, we shall be entitled to close your Account immediately. In this case, initial deposit will be refunded to you as soon as practicably possible.  

2.6 We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Regardless of our efforts, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.    
Some jurisdictions may prohibit a disclaimer of warranties, and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.    
From time to time, we may need to update, reset, temporarily interrupt, or shut down some or all parts of the Service. Any of these actions may cause you to lose access to the Service. We shall have no liability to you if the Service or any aspect of it is interrupted or unavailable for any reason.

  
4.2 Tower and its Tower Cases feature are not affiliated, associated, or endorsed by Valve Corporation or Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) in any way. All trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted materials referenced on tower belong to their respective owners. Tower operates independently, and any in-game items, visuals, or references are for entertainment purposes only.

By using Tower and its Tower Cases feature, users acknowledge that all content, mechanics, and rewards are solely provided by Tower and are not linked to or redeemable in CS2 or any other Valve Corporation products.

4. No warranties

5.1 Tower reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC/AML documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User, and the source of funds. Tower reserves the right to restrict service and payment until identity is sufficiently determined.

7.2 The Tower’s name and logo are trademarks of Tower and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Tower. Tower.bet is the sole holder of all rights to the Service and code, structure, and organization, including copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property, and other rights.    
  
7.3 Tower reserves any rights implied or otherwise, which are not expressly granted to the User hereunder, and retains all rights to the Service.

7. Grant of license

8.1 Prior to your use of the Service and on an ongoing basis, you represent, warrant, covenant, and agree that you will be solely liable for:  
  
8.1.1 Any damage, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with committing Unauthorized Use. You shall notify Tower immediately upon becoming aware of any Unauthorized Use and shall provide Tower with reasonable assistance with any investigations.  
8.1.2 Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, email, and any activities that occur under your account is your sole responsibility. You remain liable for losses incurred by yourself or a third party on your account. Never share your email and password with anyone, not even the support team. Note that Tower will never ask you to reveal your password.  
8.1.3 Account ban due to creating more than one account and/or using automated scripts.  
8.1.4 Losses due to a Bet made accidentally or by mistake.  
8.1.5 Losses due to a Bet placed or any other losses due to service malfunction from unsupported devices.  
8.1.6 Losses due to mistakes in deposit and/or withdrawal addresses.  
8.1.7 Losses due to provided loans, borrowing to other Users.  
8.1.8 Any losses occurred while using the Service and agree that Tower has no responsibility over such losses.  
8.1.9 Covering any applicable taxes and duties which may become payable.  
8.1.10 Covering payments for the telecommunications networks and Internet access services required for you to access and use the Service.  
  
8.2 Prior to your use of the Service and on an ongoing basis, you represent, warrant, covenant, and agree that:  
  
8.2.1 You will follow the Rules of the Service.  
8.2.2 You will not use offensive words or insult Tower personnel, other Users, and third parties while using the Service.

8. Your representations, warranties and obligations

9.1 Tower shall be deemed liable for the processing of payouts for Users of the Service who comply with these Terms of Use and KYC/AML.

9. Tower warranties

10.1 By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant to us:  
  
10.1.1 That you are at least eighteen years of age.  
10.1.2 That you are an individual above the legal age in your jurisdiction.  
10.1.3 That you are a legally capable individual.  
10.1.4 That you are not accessing the Service from Prohibited Jurisdictions. Tower does its best to verify the legality of the Service in each jurisdiction; however, it is the User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Service is lawful.

10. Eligibility

11.1 Blacklisted Territories: Australia, Austria, Belarus, Comoros Islands, France, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, and countries listed on the FATF Blacklist. Note that it is strictly forbidden to play on Towers’s games in blacklisted countries mentioned above.

11. Restricted territories

12.1 You must keep all information relating to your Account confidential. The Service is intended solely for the User's personal use. The User is only allowed to bet for personal entertainment.    
  
12.2 The User must not transfer funds to the address provided by Tower for deposit purposes from a shared wallet or any other address not solely controlled by the User.    
  
12.3 Individuals located in or residents of the Prohibited Jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to make use of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing restrictions on engaging in gambling from Prohibited Jurisdictions apply equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on play by any individual located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms of Use. An attempt at circumvention includes, but is not limited to, manipulating the information used by Tower to identify your location and providing Tower with false or misleading information regarding your location or place of residence. You should ensure that you will be acting legally in your jurisdiction in using the Service and you represent, warrant, and agree that you will do so.

12. Unauthorized use

13.1 If you violate any provision of these Terms of Use, we may, at our sole discretion, depending on the seriousness of the breach and without any notice to you, take some or all of the following actions:  
  
13.1.1 Revoke your ability to communicate with other Users on the Website for any period of time.  
13.1.2 Suspend your Account for an indefinite period of time.  
13.1.3 Close your Account.  
13.1.4 Close your account and confiscate any winnings obtained through exploitation or vulnerabilities.  
13.1.5 Request any KYC/AML documents.

13.2 In each case, the level of seriousness of the breach shall be determined exclusively by Tower, and you agree not to appeal against such a decision.

13.3 If Tower suspends your Account, then during the period of that suspension, you will not be able to access your Account or use the Service. If we close your Account, you will never be able to access it again, and we may also prohibit you from accessing or using the Service in the future.

13.4 We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time (including, without limitation, by limiting or discontinuing certain features) without notice to you. We will have no liability whatsoever for any change to the Service or any suspension or termination of your access to or use of the Services.

13. Suspension and termination of account or service

14.1 It is forbidden:  
  
14.1.1 To have more than one account.  
14.1.2 To give access to your account to any third parties.  
14.1.3 To make your login and password details available to the public or anyone but yourself.  
14.1.4 To double-spend transactions.  
14.1.5 To exploit any vulnerability of cryptocurrency or Service.  
14.1.6 To make automatic bets not through Tower’s software or authorized 3rd party services.  
14.1.7 To use any scripts for automating any aspect of registration or game features.  
14.1.8 To deposit and withdraw funds without making bets.  
14.1.9 To withdraw winnings made from Bonuses only.  
14.1.10 To make a deposit in order to reach the minimum withdrawal amount. You will have to wager every deposit x1 before withdrawing it.  
14.1.11 To use offensive language in the chat and in private messages.  
14.1.12 To ask for funds.  
14.1.13 To ask for loans and/or offer loans (to lend funds by extending a loan or request any Users to lend you funds).  
14.1.14 To sell, transfer, and/or acquire accounts to/from other players.  
14.1.15 To create duplicate accounts through your or any other referral link.  
14.1.16 To send posts/messages with your or any other referral link.  
14.1.17 To send posts/messages with your potentially harmful or unwanted link.  
14.1.18 To spam, write in capital letters, use offensive words, and post advertisement in the chat.  
14.1.19 To use gift cards and vouchers for exchange purposes.

14. Restrictions

15.1 Tower does not accept third-party Deposits (e.g. friends, family). You must deposit from an account/system that is registered and operated by you.  
  
15.2 Any cross ledger Deposits (sending, for example, Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin address) will not be processed and coins will be permanently lost.  
  
15.3 Tower does not accept any Ethereum Tokens or internal transactions (via a contract). Any tokens or contracts sent to the Ethereum address will be lost.

15. Deposit

16.1 Tower is not responsible for the amount of time transaction confirmation takes, receiving address confirmation time, and for incorrectly entered addresses. The same applies to fast fee transactions where the User pays for the transaction fees, even though the expected transaction confirmation time is lower.

16.2 We are not responsible for frozen or confiscated funds after they have been withdrawn from the Service.

16.3 In some cases, withdrawals from a User’s account may require manual review. The Website reserves the right to conduct such reviews, which may take up to several business days.

17.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TOWER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU ON ANY LEGAL THEORY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, LOST PROFITS, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY THAT ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES (OR THE TERMINATION THEREOF FOR ANY REASON), EVEN IF TOWER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

18. Disputes

23. Integrated currencies

25.1 All bets are final. Tower will not issue refunds for lost bets, including but not limited to accidentally submitted bets or bets lost due to network latency.  

25.2 In the case of a dispute, the information received and recorded by Tower in its database shall be deciding.

25.3 Tower is not liable for any malfunctioning scripts or bots used by you.

25.4 In case of service failure occurring during or right before placing a bet, the bet will either not be accepted, or if it was accepted, it will be performed after service is available or canceled. If any dispute arises, the information recorded in the Tower database shall be deciding.
